An alumnus of California's Jesuit High School, Joe Arrigo subsequently enrolled at Cal State Long Beach and, in 2012, graduated with a bachelor's degree in film and electronic arts. For the first four years following his graduation, Joe Arrigo worked as a sales manager at Sacramento Valley Floral Supply, where he was tasked with delivering floral supplies to various shops and collecting payments as needed. He also took phone orders, maintained company vehicles, and managed other responsibilities at the request of the business's owner.
An advocate for climate change action and environmentally friendly initiatives, Joe Arrigo later worked as a legacy energy advisor at SolarCity. In this capacity, he qualified prospective candidates for rooftop solar installation and re-engaged cancelled customers. Since September 2018, he has served as a resource development manager at Modis, where he provides staffing services for engineering and IT firms in Northern California.
Outside of his varied professional pursuits, Mr. Arrigo enjoys reading and weightlifting, working out four times per week. He also reads upward of 50 books per year and enjoys ping pong, darts, and partaking in political discussion.
